RETURNS (withdrawal)

Return policy valid only for purchases made online through this website.

Returning an order

There may be different circumstances for returning an order.

1- The product received suffers damage during transport. Upon receiving the

goods, you must ensure that the package is in good condition externally and does not present any symptoms of having received a blow. If this is the case, you must reject the shipment, reflecting the incident on the delivery note of the carrier, and notify us of the incident to the Customer Service department within 24 hours.

Once your order has been received, you must open it and check that the goods do not appear to have any anomalies. To make a claim to the insurance you must communicate before 24 hours after receiving the product.

2- Defective merchandise. If you detect any defect in the functioning of the article you have 7 working days from the reception of the merchandise to proceed to its return. You must contact our customer service through our contact form. After the request will be sent the procedure to proceed with the exchange or refund.

3- Right of withdrawal. You have fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to execute the right of return or withdrawal.

In the cases of wear and tear or deterioration of the product for reasons other than exclusively due to its test to make a purchase decision, will agree with the client the amount to be returned.

Remember that in order to proceed with the return of a product the following requirements must be met:


1- Be within the established period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

2- The product must be in perfect condition, including the manuals, accessories, promotional gifts, and in general everything that goes together with the purchase of the mentioned product. In the case of not receiving it in its original packaging the product will suffer a depreciation that will be passed on to the consumer.

3- In any case, the serial number of the product must correspond with the one in the files of

4- The return of the product (when it is defective) will always be managed with the agency of transport designated by and according to the instructions that were sent to proceed with the return. It will not be possible to make the return directly in our facilities.

5.) It must be accompanied by the delivery note or invoice issued with the product being returned.

6.) The product must be perfectly packaged to avoid damage and incidents during transport.

In cases where our after-sales department detects that the customer has improperly handled the returned product, the return will not be accepted, and if it is accepted, the full amount paid in the purchase will not be refunded.

Remember that there are some exceptions to returns:


The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the purchase of the following products: Products for professional use.

Products that have been manufactured according to the buyer's specifications or that are clearly personalized.

Nor shall the right of withdrawal apply in the case of customers who are not considered to be consumers and/or who are acting within the scope of a business or professional activity.

Refund of the purchase

In the case of a refund, the full costs of transport and handling are borne by the consumer.

The refund of the amount will be made in the same way that the payment was made except when the payment has been made by paying in cash into our bank account, in which case the refund will be made by bank transfer. Goliath- will proceed to refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of fourteen days from the reception of the returned goods.
